What happens to your data.
The most common objection to AI at smaller companies is not about the technology. It is about where the data ends up. Here is the answer, before you have to ask.
Your data stays with you.
We build inside your systems and we do not move your material out to a platform you are not already using. If a workflow has to send data somewhere, the handover states where and why.
Inside the EU.
The services we connect are hosted inside the EU whenever a reasonable option exists. When one does not, we say so before we build, not afterwards.
A processor agreement before we touch personal data.
If the workflow involves personal data, we sign a data processing agreement first. It is not a formality we get to last. It is the condition for the build to start at all.
Your material trains no model.
Where a language model is part of the workflow, it is used so that your content does not feed back into any training. We show you which provider and which setting that rests on.
You own the code.
Code, documentation and access are yours from day one. We build no lock-in, and if you stop working with us the workflow keeps running.
It can be audited.
The workflow logs what it did and when. If an auditor, a customer or an insurer asks, the answer is there without anyone having to go looking.

You do. We lock nothing down and we do not charge you for access to your own automation. The code and the documentation are yours.
Yes, where it is needed. Most of it is ordinary automation, and that is usually an advantage: fewer moving parts, lower running cost and a result you can predict.
Since 2 August 2026 the AI Act applies in essentially full. An automation workflow in finance or administration does not normally fall into the high risk category, but the requirement that the people working with AI have sufficient knowledge of it has applied since February 2025. We go through where your workflow lands before we build, and we write the assessment down.
It stays in your systems. We do not move it out, we sign a data processing agreement before we touch personal data, and your material is not used to train any model.
The mapping session can usually be booked within a week. The build starts once you say yes and takes one to two weeks depending on how many steps the workflow has. We promise a running workflow within three weeks of the first meeting, and we tell you at the mapping session if yours is one of the smaller ones.
No. We are based in Gothenburg and are glad to take the first meeting in person in western Sweden, but the build and the handover work just as well remotely. We deliver across Sweden.
