We build what we sell.

Three systems we have taken all the way from idea to live operation in house. They show what we can build and what a complete workflow actually costs in time, because we have paid that bill ourselves.

01

A business system for the construction trades.

Orders, time and invoicing for subcontractors, built from scratch. A web app and a mobile app keeping the same data in sync, with the simplicity the large trade systems lost along the way.

Why we built it. We built it because the smallest firms in the trade pay for systems they use a fifth of. The build taught us what a complete workflow actually costs in time, and that experience is what we bring to yours.

02

Automated prospecting.

Finds, qualifies and syncs leads with no manual handling. It starts itself every morning, writes to a shared sheet and stops where a human takes over.

Why we built it. Built for our own sales process. It is the same kind of workflow as a quote follow-up or an invoice approval at your company: a set of steps that always look the same and that nobody should be doing by hand.

03

An AI operating system for our own business.

Decision support, documentation and automation for our own operations. A context layer that knows what the company does, what has been decided and why.

Why we built it. This is the context layer in practice, which is what most people mean but few have built when they say AI should be able to answer questions about their business. We run it daily and know where it holds and where it breaks.

What holds for everything we build.

01

You own it.

The code and the documentation are yours. We lock nothing down and we do not charge you for access to your own automation.

02

Built inside what you already have.

No migration, no new system to learn. The workflow goes in where the work already happens.

03

Handed over running.

Not a prototype and not a report. A workflow that runs itself once we leave the room.
