About us

We build our own systems. Now we build for others.

Qwiqflow is a small Swedish development company in Gothenburg. We build automation, software and decision support, and we build it for ourselves first.

We are small, and that is the whole point.

You talk to the people who build. There is no sales layer promising what delivery cannot keep, no consultant slotted in during the final week, and no hourly rate that grows when the engagement drags on. One bounded workflow, one fixed price, one handover.

We would rather take ten workflows that actually disappear than one project that runs for a year. That makes us useless to anyone who wants to buy a digitalisation journey, and useful to anyone who wants a task gone by Tuesday.

Build before presentation.

We have built a complete business system for the construction trades, an automated prospecting pipeline and an AI operating system that runs our own business. All in house, all in use.

That is why we know what a workflow costs in time before we promise anything. We have paid that bill ourselves.

Finance and engineering in the same head.

The company combines controller expertise with software engineering. That decides which engagements we take on: we build what pays for itself, and we can show the calculation.

Most people selling automation can describe the technology. Fewer can say what it is worth in kronor over a year, with the assumptions written out.

Four things we do not compromise on.

01

We speak up.

If an idea does not belong, we say so before you pay for it. An engagement we turn down costs us less than an engagement that does no good.

02

You own everything we build.

Code, documentation and access are yours from day one. We build no lock-in and we do not charge you for access to your own automation.

03

We do the maths before we build.

Every proposal comes with what it costs you to do nothing. If the calculation does not hold, we do not build.

04

We hand over running.

Not a prototype, not a report. A workflow that runs itself once we leave the room.

Where we are.

We sit in Gothenburg and are glad to take the first meeting in person if you are in western Sweden. That is not a sales argument. An hour at a table says more about a workflow than three video calls. The build and the handover then work just as well remotely, and we deliver across Sweden.
